Do you allow pets?

Yes, we do! Pets are allowed with approval via PetScreening process.

Is there laundry on site?

Yes! We have laundry available on site.

Is there parking?

Parking is available for our wonderful residents for $25/month as assigned parking.

How much is the rent?

The rent is currently $750/month for our 250 sq ft studios!

Are there any additional costs with the rent?

There is a Utility fee for an additional $125 per month (this includes water, sewer, trash, electricity, and Wi-Fi!).

What are total move-in costs?

The application fee is $50. The security deposit is 1-2 month’s rent depending on credit score. There is an Admin Fee of $250.

Are there any move-in specials right now?

• Fall Special – $500/month off your 1st month’s rent. Must have credit score of 600 or higher

•  Look & Lease Special – If you apply either before or 24 hours after your scheduled tour with us, the application fee and admin fee will be provided as a concession after your move in

• Work Nearby Special - If you work within a 2.5 mile radius of the property, you are eligible for $75/month of your rent for a 12-month lease! Or, $50/month off your rent for a 6-month lease!

• Veteran/Military/First Responder - $50/month off rent
